Currently started day 8 of the 30 day shred and it was insane. I forgot about how tough level 2 was omg. I was dying. My sister and I noticed we are forming some bad ass arm muscles though LOL.
Yep, I’m slowly easing my self into working out again. Once june starts I’m going to start running for 90 minutes in addition to the shred, so that should be fun. I’m starting to slim down a little again! I’m cutting off my sweets addiction and it is so very hard ahhh. I’m proud of myself because I worked out last week even though I was on my period and that’s always my excuse.
I will also work on posting here everything. I want to try this really nice cleanse for five days eventually when I get more money.
not impressed hahaha, it’s a start. I need a cup of tea.
breakfast: bowl of oatmeal
lunch: scrambled egg sandwich (thanks eddy!), orange juice
snack: red bean milk tea boba
dinner: corn cob, milk, shell pasta, and tiny yogurt
So I restarted the shred on Monday and my little sister who is a lazy, stick was nice enough to do it with me. It feels good and hurts A LOT. I’m super sore.
Yesterday I also did 40 sits ups and 30 leg lifts each. I am folding laundry right now and then I shall get off my butt and work out. Alone cause I’m home for the night and I left my hand weight in my sister’s house.
I am also slowly, but surely cutting out the bad food in my diet.

Follow for before and afters everyday!
I have truly been a terrible girl! I have stopped my diet, eaten bad food, and reverted to a sedentary lifestyle. Spring semester is over and I can already see the toll that my body has taken from my unhealthy habits.
I am back and ready to commit to this. I am really hoping to lose a decent amount of weight by the time summer vacation is over. So, I start my journey to healthy on Monday.
I am going to do a weigh in, take a before picture, and start planning everything.
